Dec 23, 2019 On our large Mattison horizontal spindle surface grinder the operator is suddenly getting a chatter pattern in his parts. He had been grinding the exact same parts/material earlier in the day and getting a great finish. We have already covered a lot of the common issues I found in this forum such as wheel balance, dressing, glazing.
